IF YOU ARE NOT SERIOUS ON PURCHASE, PLEASE DON'T WASTE OUR TIME.
THIS IS THE BASIC RESPECT ALL ONLINE SHOPPERS SHOULD HAVE.
1. Items sold are not exchangeable or refundable.

2. Items are sold on first come first serve basis.

3. Late payment will result in orders being cancelled.

4. Payment should be paid via ATM Transfer (POSB/DBS).
    The account number is 228-06469-6.
    We only accept SGD$.
    Concealed cash is not encouraged.

5. All prices stated are INCLUSIVE of postage fees.
    ALL PRICES ARE FIXED; non-negotiable.
    We do not believe in "hiking up" prices so that we can "offer" discounts later on.
    Please kindly understand us. :)

6. Once your order is received by BLACKILLS,
    Payment Details will be emailed to you within the next 24 hours.
    Upon receipt of the email confirmation,
    kindly make TOTAL PAYMENT (as stated in email)
    within the next 2 days.
    Failure to do so will result in your order being disregarded.

    Once paid, please send us another email/sms with:

    -time of funds transfer
    -amount transferred
    -reference number
    -date of transfer

    so that we can acknowledge your payment and reduce uncertainties.

    If otherwise, please do let us know immediately if there
    are any difficulties encountered.

7. Reservation for items is only allowed for 2 days.

8. No dead buyers. NO LAST MINUTE PULL-OUTS.

9. Please also do take note that most of the pieces have
    been worn once or twice but are in good condition
    as seen in pictures. Some pieces are brand new.
    IF you are SERIOUS on purchasing the garment,
    do email us for more information.

10. We do not encourage swaps in BLACKILLS.
    WE ALSO DO NOT ENCOURAGE MEET UPS.
    We apologise for this inconvenience caused.

11. Postage fees are a basic $1-$1.50 PER item for light garments eg, tees.
    Heavier items eg. dresses will cost more.
    Postage generally increases with weight of garment.
    Email us to double confirm the postage fees.

12. There are times when Hotmail faces technical glitches.
    If we do not reply within 24 hours of your sent email,
    we seek your understanding. You may re-send your email or contact us
    through mobile numbers if the matter is urgent.

13. Order format is simple:
    State the item number eg. #1 (Name of item)
    and item description. Attach with possible enquiries
    regarding the clothing.
    Subsequently, we'll guide you through the payment process! =)

CLOTHES CARE-
1. Wash our clothes separately from other clothings.
    This is because some clothes may contain dyes that may colour your white
    clothings.
    It is advised to hand wash all your clothes gently with warm water and some
    cleaning liquid. This can greatly prolong the lifespan of the garment.

2. Do not stretch the clothes forcefully or pull at the material when wearing.
    Clothes, regardless of material, must be treated gently!

3. When ironing, do not use extremely high temperatures.
    We would advise you to turn graphic tees inside out before ironing.
    This is to prevent the prints from being ruined directly by the heat
    from the iron.
